Privacy Policy

SBR Innovative ("we", "us") operates sbrinnovative.com. This page explains what personal data this site actually collects, why, and what you can do about it — written to reflect exactly what the site does, not a generic template. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@sbrinnovative.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact/inquiry form or the popup form on this site, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email, company, phone number, project details, and budget range — along with your IP address and browser user-agent string, which we use solely to detect spam and abusive submissions.

If you're added to one of our email lists (because you submitted an inquiry and we followed up, or you subscribed some other way), we store your email address, name, subscription status, and — once we send you a campaign email — whether it was delivered, opened, or clicked, so we know our emails are reaching people and aren't going to addresses that no longer work.

Cookies

This site sets one strictly-necessary session cookie, used only to keep your form submission secure (CSRF protection) while you're on the page. It is not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics, and it doesn't persist any personal data. We don't currently run any advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Third parties we use

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Inquiry/lead submissions are kept for as long as reasonably useful for following up on your enquiry or maintaining a business relationship. Email list contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Your choices

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are one-way hashed, never stored in plain text. Any service credentials the site itself uses (mail, email-delivery API keys) are encrypted at rest and never exposed in the page you're viewing.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it's used changes in a material way, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.

This policy is written to accurately describe this specific site's actual data practices, not adapted from a generic template — but it isn't a substitute for professional legal advice for your own compliance obligations.
